Progress Tracking is a free PORTERS ATS/CRM application to track the progress of job orders, and identify stagnation by visual representation.

1. JOB ORDERS & SEEKERS

Job orders & job seekers are arranged such as “on-demand” ones appearing at the top of the list.

Jobs & resumes that have been “opened” for a short period of time and have not been processed yet will be displayed on top.

・Record will be marketed with a “HOT” notification if it has been opened within two weeks.
・Any record that has not been opened within the two weeks since the opening will be displayed with a (!) mark.

In addition, Job orders that have not progressed within two weeks of ‘opening’ will be shown in red.

2. SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process is displayed based on the number of days that have elapsed, and in order based on job orders that need to be updated.

Process phases and elapsed time can be narrowed down, for a better understanding in the selection process, of what you need to take action immediately.
