However, there are many processes involved before the placement is done,

some of which can be done away with. Which of the following applies to you?

I have very competitive candidate profiles in various locations such as email, local folder, shared folder, company database, LinkedIn and it takes a lot of time to locate them.

When I have multiple on-going processes, it takes some time to confirm the details of each process whenever I want to give a report or contact the relevant parties.

Candidate registration process is done manually, and I spend at least 3 minutes to register one candidate in Excel/Spreadsheet/Software.

Our company has accumulated a good database of candidate profiles; however, I spend a lot of time conducting a search and still never seem to get the desired results.

Consultants KPI is manually tracked, and it takes time to confirm the numbers for each consultant.

I manually create JDs to share with candidates or create candidate profiles to send to clients and the process is time consuming.

I conduct a search from scratch for a suitable candidate every time I get a new JD. I wish this process was automated.

In general, I feel that I spend a lot of time on administrative tasks that are not directly linked to revenue generation process.
