1. REPORT FUNCTION

A data report with preset criteria can be created and downloaded in CSV format with graphic presentation (for further analysis using Excel or other analysis tools), which is effective for acquiring aggregated and statistical data.

Unlike the export function, the incredible feature is phase history, which includes past phases, and can be output.

Therefore the success rate for document screening, each consultant’s progress rate in the selection process, and much information can be reported in one click.

Additionally, you can set the “not including” condition in the output criteria.

2. DASHBOARD FUNCTION

This is the function to display the number of items in the job/candidate/each phase of the selection process and performance graph, which helps to manage the company’s KPI.

The dashboard is widely divided into 3 groups.

A. Number of Cumulative phase history items within a certain time period
B. Number of current phase items
C. Graphical display of the number of cumulative phase history items for each target period

Cumulative figures for the previous period (a previous week if it is cumulative for each week) are also displayed in the A group.

Detailed users selection and period calculation is also possible
